For those of us overseas, this is a good prompt from RAO Subic Director Jim Tyler for us to register for November's election. We can use a number of different web sites, I presume, but the two below both work fine:

http://www.votefromabroad.org/

or

http://www.fvap.gov/

Both sites print the same basic form (I did both but will of course only mail one); I personally prefer the second site as it is a ".gov" site.
